Pi·la·tes/pəˈläËŒdÄ“z/  a system of exercises that use controlled movements and breathing to build strength, flexibility, and balance, focusing on the core muscles, improving body awareness and posture.

New to the transformative power of a Pilates? You're not alone. We often hear questions about what it is and our approach to movement. In today's fitness landscape, often filled with quick fixes and generalized advice, we believe it's more important than ever to clearly articulate our philosophy, pilates + wellness + community.

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and encouraging environment for our clients. This is essential to our mission: to elevate the movement experience by making it personal – empowering individuals with the understanding and options to move with strength and ease. If we don't first and foremost ensure that we meet everyone where they are on their fitness journey AND within the context of their movement preferences, we won't have the opportunity to share the benefits of Reformer Pilates.​

 

Our studio offers a combination of Pilates inspired reformer and traditional strength training exercises to support and transform your body, mind and spirit.  As a small boutique studio with only five reformers you can expect personalization and individual guidance during your Pilates session. In addition to Pilates, we look to support our clients overall Wellness by utilizing Community experts to guide them and provide support on their Wellness journey. We are are excited to welcome you to our Pilates Collective community!
